Question: I paid by 2checkout.com (2CO) or PayPal and I have not received my activation number, what do I do?
Answer:
Wait for 2CO or PayPal to process your order. Contact them if you have questions about the order. DO NOT CONTACT US ABOUT YOUR ORDER WITH THEM.
Is your order complete? Our automated system instantly processes a released order from 2CO or PayPal. Don't send us a support message telling us your order is not complete when we haven't even been sent notice from 2CO or PayPal that they completed it. Their system of emailing you a receipt and sending us order completion notification is different, and not the same. So be patient and give the wheels time to turn.
You can easily avoid order delays by simply paying us directly. However, if you choose not to, then that's your decision and you're going to have to be patient while 2CO and PayPal do their thing and wait while however slowly they decide to process your order. We have no control over what they do, and you need to contact them if you have problems. As you'll go on to read, the moment they release your order and send us the notification as such, our system will automatically process. However, this does not mean that because you got an email they've sent the release notification to our system. Give that some time. How will you know that our system has been notified? Use the MY ACCOUNT area to see if you are in our system yet.
All orders processed through 2CO are manually reviewed by 2CO, so it may take them an hour or so to process your order. We recommend that you contact 2CO directly to see if you can assist them with the completion of your order, and we've provided links to their live chat and support system to help you do so.
Please do not contact us asking the status of your order processing with 2CO, only they can answer that question. The moment that 2CO processes and releases your order our system will instantly complete it and you will be emailed your order details.
Didn't receive your email? Then please use the FORGOT PASSWORD feature at the MY ACCOUNT page. If you receive a message that you can't be found, then that means that 2CO has not processed your order. If your order was processed by 2CO, our system will email you your account details and you may log in and retrieve your activation number.
ANY SUPPORT MESSAGE TO US ASKING ABOUT YOUR 2CO OR PAYPAL ORDER WILL BE DELETED UNLESS WE DEEM THERE IS A REASON TO REPLY. IF WE DO NOT REPLY, THEN YOU MAY ASSUME THE SYSTEM IS WORKING PROPERLY AND YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS POSTED ABOVE.
