Sorry, all sales are final, per the terms you agreed to at the time of the sale. It's very important that you try all the different settings that can be changed within the client, to see what yields you the best quality of data. You can preview the data, and even save a file here and there, to see what gives you the best results. Don't use the bulk of your quota until you're happy with the results of the VirtualLab file search.
