VirtualLab subscriptions are designed and to be used to keep unused quota available after 30 days. As part of your subscription, we'll post free quota to your account monthly, app. 30 days from the day you signed up for the subscription.

The additional quota is not available at the time you sign up, and is not designed for, or intended to be used at the time you place your initial order for VirtualLab quota.

In other words, you should order the amount of quota that you need to save your critical files now and use your subscription based quota to recover files you need later. We advise you to buy the quota you need at the time of your need. Purchasing a subscription in order to use the quota at the time of the order won't work, as the free subscription quota won't be posted to your account for 30 days.

Don't place an order for a subscription and expect the free quota at that time. Doing so, or expecting such, would be to try and circumvent our pricing structure for quota, and won't work. If you need a certain amount of quota, then buy it. If you want to use your quota after 30 days and you want more free quota monthly, then purchase a subscription. If you don't want free quota monthly, then don't buy a subscription thinking you'll pay $5 for something that we charge $40 for.
