No, your private data remains private. None of your data is sent to us during the VirtualLab scan. Any data you choose to send to our server (perhaps you use Remote Storage option), is encrypted.

All data files are stored locally and not transmitted to the VirtualLab server.

An exception to this is when you use the Remote Storage option. Files are transmitted to the server, but our staff does not review or otherwise have access to the storage section of the VirtualLab server. When saving data locally, you can expect recovery times to be very high. For example, it should take less than 10 minutes to recover 1gig of data.

Your data remains your personal business.
